It is too hot in the rooms, there is neither air-conditioning nor a fan Very poor mobile coverage and WiFi connection which is not cool at all

We love that hotel with exceptional service. Room, spa and restaurant with delicious food. Ideal place for little adventure tour.

They didnt respond on our complaint as send by mail. We stayed one night with our kids at the hotel but we were not really satisfied. We selected the hotel because of the fitness and sauna (as mentioned on their website). The fitness turned out to consist of in total 3 devices (of which only 1 device found out to be functional). Because the sauna has a limited opening time, we could not enjoy it (arrivel in the evening and left in the morning). The rooms and breakfast were good enough, but in our opinion a high price without the wellness/fitness.
